What has Covid taught me?


I need time. Or to be honest I need to prioritize my time. When Level 5 and 4 were in place most of us had much more time on our hands. It’s interesting to look back and see how I sent this ‘extra’ time.

We still get 24 hours each day. But how are we choosing to use it? Is it in serves of things or people? Is it in service to others or yourself?

I tend to put myself last when it comes to using my time. But taking the time to move more and eat more mindfully has helped me to regain a healthier body. So in the same way, I want to use more time to cultivate a deeper understanding of my time in this beautiful dance of life by spending more time with my Creative Mindfulness work.

So, if you are interested in using Creative Mindfulness to take care of your personal needs of rest, reflection and contemplation please join me.

My desire is to create a safe non-judgemental space to explore what’s happening in your life. Some gatherings will be structured like a workshop; others you might get some prework reading or research to do and then explore it on the day in a creative mindfulness way.

The purpose of these will be to take time out of your life to slow down, rest, listen, contemplate, reflect, be, and dream.

Time: 9:00 – 12:00

An afternoon session can also be added if there is interest.


Cost: R 270/session. Excluding materials.

A material pack can be ordered.

You can book per session or for the whole season of experiences.

Book for the whole season and pay only R1000.


Only 7 participants will be taken. So, book ASAP.

A minimum of 3 is needed to proceed.

I will let you know if there is space available.

You can confirm your booking by doing an EFT.

I will need 48 hours notice if you are unable to attend to receive a credit for another date. If something does come up a courtesy message that you are unable to attend will be appreciated.

You will receive a material list or any research topics a week before the session or when I receive proof of payment if it’s less than a week before the session.


I look forward to sharing more Creative Mindfulness work with more willing spirits.
