Finding your feet – a new creative mindfulness experience.

Last year I did something I never thought I would. I walk the Camino. I walked over 100km to Santiago de Compostela to follow in the footsteps of thousands of pilgrims that walk there before me.

My life; and yours I’m sure; is busy and full of projects and obligations. The world wide web has opened so many doors and the speed at which life is happening just makes me feel overwhelmed and tired sometimes. Walking the Camino slows everything down. So join me for a ‘Finding your feet’ creative mindfulness experience to slow down and to take time to reflect.

If you are feeling:

  •  overwhelmed with what life is throwing at you.
  • stuck as if you are living on autopilot.
  • just not feeling like yourself.  You can’t put your finger on it.

Maybe these questions can help:

  • Are you indecisive?
  • Are you neglecting your hobbies?
  • Are you feeling tired all the time?
  • Are you struggling to concentrate?
  • Are you feeling low?
  • Are you avoiding social interactions?
  • Are you unable to move forward?

If you are answering yes to some of these questions this workshop is for you. This experience will help you gain insight into these feelings and behaviors that will help you take your next step.  CM is a gentle process that gives participants time to reflect and fill their inner well. In doing so; participants gain self-awareness that can be energizing as well as healing to move forward with clarity.

  1. It’s worth it to do these life coaching sessions. Make the effort to attend the upcoming one, you will find it is exactly what you need, to deal with situations in your life, that you need help with . I have learnt so much and have been able to incorporate what I have learned into my daily life with ease. It has made a world of difference to me and it can for you too.
