Join me for my new Creative Mindfulness learning experience: Finding your feet

The upheaval of 2020 has caused so many changes for us to handle and adjust to. So now our lives are not the same anymore.

I’m the kind of person that likes to make sense out of events. I like to see how events can make me grow on a spiritual, emotional, and psychological level.  In looking back and identifying where I struggled I want to see what have I learned from the experience. And from this new knowledge, I want to use this knowledge to live with greater ease and thrive.

What have your struggles been so far this year?

Has your job and income security been affected?
Has your home/work-life balance been difficult to manage?
Have you felt lonely or worthless?
Or have you been clumsy and forgetful?
Are you having trouble making decisions?
Are small things getting on your nerves?
Have you battled to cope with things?

Do you want to make more sense out of 2020’s experiences and learn to use these lessons to thrive?

I designed this ‘Finding your Feet’ workshop to help you make an assessment of where you are now and how you want to move forward.

The Creative Mindfulness process is a gentle process of self-discovery and self-awareness that guides a participant to gain insight into their behaviors and actions and how events have influenced their lives and how you want to apply these new insights to your future.

You will use creative processes like journaling, storytelling, and art materials in a mindful way to gain insight; so no ‘talent’ is required to take part in the workshop.

The same workshop will be presented on both dates;

Friday; 30 October 2020

Or Saturday; 31 October 2020

Time: 9:00 – 16:00

Venue: @ Art in Alberton

Investment: R 800

What you need to bring: A special journal and your favorite pen if you want. I will provide basic writing materials.

Other arrangements: To enable social distancing only 6 participants will be allowed per session.

The usual Covid precautions will be adhered to.
